Initial Payment Agreement

By signing this agreement, you authorize LiveCallz LLC to charge your credit card for the amount of $897 as a set up fee unless otherwise stated by our sales team through special quarterly or limited promotions.

Monthly Payment Agreement

Invoices will be delivered on a monthly basis. Ad spend and management fee are disclosed on each monthly invoice.

Recurring Charge Disclosure

Your monthly fee will be charged automatically every 30 days unless a request to cancel your service is emailed to us at least 72 hours before your automatic billing date (which is the day of the month you made your initial payment). Your fee may be lower if stated by our sales team through special quarterly or limited promotions.

Refund Policy

Thanks for trusting LiveCallz for your lead generation. Refunds are only valid if approved by our team.

Monthly Subscription Policy

Our monthly subscription plan is a month to month commitment. We recommend a minimum of 2 months of leads to see true numbers from our services. You may request to cancel your recurring service at any time. If you issue a cancellation request after your monthly cycle has been paid, your membership will end the following billing cycle.

NO Lead Credit Policy

Because you're paying LiveCallz to MANAGE your ads, and you are paying for your leads through your ad spend, there is no lead credits or refunds for leads.

Minimum Lead Production Guarantee

We guarantee a minimum of 10 calls a month on Google. Your call volume is strictly dependent on your budget, targeting, filters, and active days advertising. Our team has always produced above this target should you run your ads all 20 working days and spend your full recommended budget. If we do not meet this number, you qualify for a full refund. If you had your campaign paused for multiple days or did not spend your full budget, you most likely will not meet your minimum lead count. We are not responsible for scheduling or lack of spending, therefore you will not qualify for a refund.
